Are all adornments handmade?
Yes, especially with love. Sage, the sole creator of Badoni Wraps, hand makes all pieces from raw materials. Some pieces are achieved using fire and solder, wire wrap techniques, or a blend of both.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing reflects more than just materials. It includes the cost of precious metals, my time, skill, and the behind-the-scenes work necessary to keep my studio running. Every piece supports the craft and allows me to keep creating sustainably.
What is Badoni Wraps' Mission?
Badoni Wraps stands for authentic expression. Being true to yourself is a key factor that inspired Badoni Wraps to become what it is today. Creating adornments that bring out the best version of yourself. Someone who is unique, fearless, loving, and creative. This is the version that we all hold already inside. The goal is to remember who you are. Read more about my story here.
What is the difference between silversmithing and wire wrapping?
Badoni Wraps originally began wire wrapping which involves techniques to secure wire without the use of solder, also known as cold-forging. Weaving, twisting, and wrapping wire are all techniques used to secure material together to create one cohesive piece. While silversmithing involves the use of solder and heat to mend material together.
